LV Sables Roses perfume in a black bottle. The fragrance notes are: Oud Rose. Ingredients: Centifolia Rose Absolute, Bulgarian Rose, Agarwood, Ambergris, Black Pepper, Saffron. The main notes are oud and rose. The agarwood and rose essential oils are very pure, with almost no alcohol. The top note is a rich red rose, but enveloped by oud, as if the rose is blooming in the shadows on agarwood buried for thousands of years in the desert. The middle note reveals the rich oud, a deep and lingering fragrance, with saffron and ambergris but without any powdery notes, only a complex and lingering oud aroma. The scent is unisex, suitable for both men and women, and perfect for everyday wear, even to work! The dry down actually has a subtle soapy note, reminiscent of a desert evening breeze—not overpowering or pungent. Having smelled many oud and rose perfumes, this one was the one I immediately decided to buy (partly because it's a limited edition). Due to the ingredients and fragrance notes, the EDP (Eau de Parfum) has incredibly strong staying power; a friend said the scent was still there the next day after a shower.
